Good book but a little disappointing,

I bought this book on kindle and the formatting is most of the reason why I am disappointed.
I have never been on a diet but I wanted to feel more healthy and this diet looked the least faddy of them all - mostly as it was backed up by the science behind it so I can understand why I shouldnt eat certain things. I enjoy the science behind it but the author does have a tendancy to repetition which can get a bit tedious at times, but the content is very interesting. I have only been doing the diet itself for a week and have lost the expected weight the book says I will lose. I enjoy the food and dont think it will be a problem following it. The main issue with the kindle edition is that a lot of the tables are very difficult to read if at all and the Glycemic index at the back cuts off the end of the page so you only get half the information and have to manually do all your own calculations. If I was going to buy this book again I WOULD NOT buy the Kindle edition. I would buy the hard copy though and will be recommending it to friends.
