A massively misleading con,
This review is from: The Lost (Warhammer 40,000: Gaunt's Ghosts Omnibus) (Paperback)
I have never bothered to write a review before but the misleading description by Amazon has annoyed me that much. Do not buy this thinking it is a new novel it is a collection of Traitor General, His Last Command, The Armour of Contempt and Only in Death. You have been warned.

Indeed, sometimes Amazon need to give more detailed product descriptions.
That said, these aren't exactly the sort of novels that are common in various libraries and bookshops. One would think if you're ordering, you would be fairly involved with Black Library merchandise and taken the time to research the item first. I wonder how many times you've accidently ended up buying a DVD which turned out to be a "best of" montage.

Also the image is quite clear that it is a Gaunt's Ghost OMNIBUS! And lets be fair here, the rating is for the quality of the book, not on Amazons Business practices. What this reviewer has done has transferred his anger at amazon and thus made the author's book look bad. Would it make sense to give a movie 1 or 2 stars just because you of your overpriced popcorn, broken seat, and the 6 foot 6 guy who just sat in your line of sight to the screen, and the giggling teenagers arguing if they are team Jake or Team Edward?

lol as if you didn't Google it a bit to find out more if the Amazon description was a bit rubbish.

From the Amazon product description - "Gaunt returns in the latest omnibus edition of the Gaunt's Ghosts novels". I would suggest you look up the meaning of the word 'omnibus' before putting fingers to keyboard again.

Did you not think that there might have been a clue in the title? 'The Lost (Gaunt's Ghosts OMNIBUS)'

The book's title clearly states that it is an omnibus - a collection of previous novels or titles in a series. Without wishing to be snarky, I'm not sure where the room for confusion arises.
