excellent weight workout!,

Brilliant dvd yet again by Jillian , split into 2 levels of 25minute workouts of 3 sets of 3 different exercises, you can use either a kettlebell or a dumbbell , this is a tough workout but she motivates you throughout . Top marks , you will sweat loads and feel it in the morning .
