you cant see it when its in the oven
if you open the oven you lose all your heat
its not accurate
i binned it
& bought the
digital thermo timer

Ignore this, you are not meant to put these in the oven! You insert it into the meat to test only.

If anyone has trouble reading the scale through the glass door of the oven. Before putting the meat in the oven, simply rotate the dial in the meat so that the required temperature is at the 12-o-clock position, then just wait till the pointer indicates 12-o-clock, and you know the meat is done, even without being able to read the temperature scale.
