I am a dummy-Help!,
This review is from: Blender For Dummies (Paperback)
We are all different in how we approach learning and how we adapt to things. It may be my age, (65yrs), but the way I like to learn is to be shown how to do a simple exercise, become confident, and learn from this point onwards with increasing confidence. I can build my knowledge base and confidence if I can get over this first hurdle. Sadly, this book has not helped me to do this, but maybe, that is just me.

No - you're not alone. I'm the same age as you and feel exactly the same. I've experimented with 2D animation for years and have over 200 uploads, tutorials and demos for my favourite program on Youtube, but I'd LOVE to be able to get into Blender and so am looking for one or two really useful books which offer good info, structured projects and equally structured projects. It looks as if 'Dummies' covers some of that but needs a supplementary book to provide the rest. Just I hope I find it before the Reaper comes knocking.
