This review is from: Pure Sensia 200D Connect Portable Wireless Music and Radio System with Colour Touchscreen and USB Record - Black (Electronics)
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
A well specified and good sounding radio I am really impressed with the Pure Sensia 200D Connect. I got my first DAB radio about 10 years ago - a Pure Evoke, and have tried many DAB radios since, but none have really grabbed me. This radio though sets a new standard. I am impressed with the clarity and power of the sound of this radio, and the features are fantastic. The ease of recording to external USB drives, listening to music from your music collection, ease of tuning, ease of accessing 1000s of internet stations, ability to listen to FM, even being able to connect in real time to Facebook.

Setup was a breeze - it found my home Wifi network instantly and entering the password was a doddle. The screen is very clear and the touch screen is sensitive and very usable. But I really like the sound clarity. The sound has real presence and power. Speach radio sounds very good on both FM and DAB. ClassicFM sounds fine too.

I highly recommend this Pure product. 5 stars.

Hi, have you ever listen to the sound quality of the old sensia and is this one a lot better ? I have heard the sound quality of the old one and i was dissapointed, the bass was light there was no sweet 'top end' treble either, i was just wondering if this one is a lot better.

Sorry, I haven't listened to the original Sensia, so cannot make a direct comparison. Perhaps contact one of the other reviewers who has direct experience. The bass on this new Sensia is a lovely sound - it isn't boomy, but melifluous, tight, and warm.

Mario, Nozza is spot on. The sound is lovely fro the 200D, not boomy at all. You get a surprisingly warm, rich sound from the unit.
