Expensive & harmful,
This review is from: Roundup Ready to Use Weedkiller Gel (Garden & Outdoors)
There is now evidence that Roundup does harm dragonflies and other species, when it eventually gets into the waterways, and one research paper cites a possible link with human birth defects. Personally, I think this is an expensive way to keep weeds down and doesn't even work very well.
We now buy 5 litre packs of white vinegar (very cheap - could buy several for this price)and use a good quality Hozelock sprayer and this kills the weeds within hours, which is more than could be said for this product.
The vinegar makes weeds on our long drive brown and dead very quickly and if they do reappear a couple of weeks later, we just spray them again. It's cheap, quick and effective and no worries about using harmful toxic chemicals.
Save your money and try the vinegar. All our friends are using it happily now.
