I love this book and use every second days. I have just bought one for my daughter in low.
My lowed recipes: Dandelion chai latte (with less `milk`), Buckwheat pancakes with blueberry compote (the compote is just fantastic as a preserve!!), Mini frittatas with tomato and rocket, Oven-roasted pumpkin crisps, Aromatic herb and garlic crackers (just love it), Going-green broccoli soup, Almond and zucchini bread (when you toast it gives a nice marzipan taste and just fantastic with dark chocolate spread). Buy and enjoy!
