I give this excellent book five stars; it is inspirational and full of good ideas. I have been following the 5:2 way of eating since February this year, having purchased Kate's previous book and have so far lost 17lbs, which is wonderful. I feel fitter than I have for years, I enjoy my 'lean' days and look forward to my 'feast days'. Thanks Kate.
