Beware - This book WON'T tell you how to stop smoking....,
This review is from: The Only Way to Stop Smoking Permanently (Penguin Health Care & Fitness) (Paperback)...... but instead it takes away any excuse you've got to continue.
This book is, in a word, Fantastic.
Having failed to quit smoking after an 18 month abstinence, I eventually decided that I needed to try again.
I'd heard marvellous things about Mr Carr's book but, like lots of other smokers, thought that it wouldn't work for me.
How wrong I was. It was extremely easy to stop smoking, and 4 months on, all is fine!
Now, you may be thinking that 4 months isn't long enough to be sure of quitting, after all I went 18 months without any help whatsoever? I can tell you that, after reading Mr Carr's book, I have a completely different state of mind; I can go to pubs, clubs or restaurants and I no longer wish I could have 'just one' cigarette... the liberating feeling is magnificent.
Okay, sometimes the book can be a little repetitive but this is a very small criticism in an otherwise brilliant publication.
In short, if you want to stop smoking then there's only one way;
The Allen Carr Way.
