Not just a diet book!,

You can use this book as either a diet book and follow the diet plan and ideas for balanced meals or just dip in and out and make a quick and easy recipe that takes your fancy. And there are plenty to choose from. There is some interesting advice at the start of the book regarding portion sizes, about eating complex carbs, lean proteins & essential fats, clever snack ideas and tips on techniques. There are some wonderfully simple recipes in this book. The only problem I have is that some of the recipes require the odd ingredient that you would rarely use apart from that recipe.

Overall, it is a very good book with some quick and healthy recipes that are sure to delight you.
