WiiDua Remotel Charging Station,
This review is from: WII REMOTE DUAL BATTERY CHARGER + 2 BATTERIES (Accessory)Recieved the charger within a few days. The design and size is very comapct making it ideal when space is at a premiuim. The lights are great and when charging overnight my kids loved the lights on the base glowing. Have used a couple of times and works great, remember to leave the charger for min. 12 hours on 1st charge.
Only one small minus point, the Wii has to be on for remotes to charge. I would of prefered for them to charge on standby mode.
Overall very happy would of been 5 stars if the above mentioned was available.

G. Mead says:
You can alternatively plug it into the USB port of a computer or laptop, so can have it charging while you are using that too - better than leaving the unneeded Wii running.

Probably worse to run a PC than to run the Wii overnight; the PC will draw more power. A better solution is to get one of the inexpensive USB wall-plugs available. They are basically USB sockets which can be plugged into standard British wall outlets.

Mr. M. Caldwell says:
If you connect your Wii to a wireless internet connection you can download a update for the Wii that enables it to charge while in standby mode
