This review is from: Killing Cupid (Kindle Edition)
Right from the start, Killing Cupid got me hooked. Within one day I had read it cover to cover (figuratively speaking of course, it being the Kindle edition), stopping only to sleep and to eat. As the chapters alternate between both Alex and Siobhan, which show how their stories interact and collide with each other, everything becomes more and more unhinged. Because both sides to the story are written in a first person perspective, I felt drawn into the middle, caught between Alex and Siobhan, with the chaos and insanity surrounding me, just as much as them.
Reading, I found myself noticing little hints of Alex and Siobhan's character traits in me. It made me think. Could this happen to anyone? Could this happen to me? Could the next person I meet be an Alex, or a Siobhan? Or am I just being paranoid? Only time, and maybe a second read through, will tell.
