This IS a diet book...,

Although this is marketed as a 'non-diet book', it is 100% a diet book. It gives lots of tips on food to eat, when to eat it, including fads such as don't eat carbs after 5pm. It is also aimed at those who enjoy thinking about absolutely everything they do from moment to moment, including every item of clothing, every way of moving and anything in between. Life is for living, isn't it?!
