A Friend for Life,
By A Customer
This review is from: How to Win Friends and Influence People (Paperback)
If there is one lesson to be learned above all others from this book it is simply to always put yourself in the other person's position. I felt after reading each chapter that I wanted to go out and put into practice right away what I had just learned. I say "learned", yet most of the principles stated here are really common sense. The anecdotes which so richly illustrate the text throughout are at once heartwarming and thought-provoking. I recommend anyone who has just had a bad day at work to dip into this book, where they might just discover how they themselves have contributed to their own problems. It is all too easy to blame someone else every time. Follow the other 16 million readers and get yourself a copy now. Having said that, I doubt this title will ever go out of print.
