first dvd "shape your body" is an absolute mess. The counts are too fast,too many repetitions of the same exercises which is very boring. Some of the excercises are potentially dangerous (for example head rolls). definately not for beginners. End up in the charity shop.
"the next challenge" is much better. I do it 2 times a week and already can see the difference.
"A new dimension" is good for post natal training, hits belly area, arms, buns abd thighs.
