Light bulb moment!,

For years I ate good clean food, was a distance runner and practised daily yoga, but could never loose fat or weight (which was very frustrating). So I followed this program for 12 weeks via Julia's online coaching - and my body shape is finally starting to change.
The book isnt just like the normal diet or fad fitness book st all - it just packed full of common sense and finally puts an end to long labourious workouts. For me, the program has knocked me back on track and finally broken the circle I was in (fat gain and distant running). Its also easy to understand for any beginner - but also can stretch someone who is used to a lot of exercise.
