Don't buy, there is no customer support if it goes wrong,

This worked fine for 2 years and then just stopped working. I have tried in vain to get it fixed through iOmega but to no avail. The company is based in Germany so expensive to phone and when you do get through they recommend posting the problems with your item on their web forums as they will not problem solve over the phone. I have posted 3 requests for help, each one has received a really prompt reply but hasn't addressed the problem. Subsequent emails have been left unanswered.
My advice would be to opt for another brand and check out the after sales support first.
