The recipes in this book are fantastic and really easy to make.
It includes all the nutritional advice you need to become vegan and also has a little copy of the nutrition wall chart on the back of the book.
The illustrations are really cute and I like the fact that it is written in the ladies handwriting.
I also like the fact that the pages are made from a shiny card like substance which means it is perfect for cooking in the kitchen and the fact it is ring bound is also perfect for this reason.
