Poor Service from Amazon,

Ordered in the lead up to Christmas as a present and marked on the order that this was a gift. The machine arrived promptly, however it was unpackaged (with labelling stuck to the actual box I'm about to give someone, damaged and UNSEALED!) and documents for the machine inside were clearly handled. There were bends and creases even on the box which contained the sample collection of coffee. Machine itself looks completely fine. Looks like I've purchased something on Ebay rather than brand new and worth £100.
Amazon customer services were polite but extremely unhelpful. They won't replace the item quick enough - I'm travelling in 3 days and need it before then. They won't refund the money quick enough, enabling me to buy this machine from another seller. They won't compensate me with any type of Amazon voucher. They only offer to refund 13% of my order, which is next to nothing.
I'm extremely unhappy to have to give this as my gift over Christmas. I'm sure the machine will be lovely, although it hasn't yet been used so who knows? This will definitely be the last time I make any sort of large purchase from Amazon. Ever. I plan to do all my Christmas shopping elsewhere next year.
