This book is great to teach you all you need to know for making bread. This is somewhat long-winded, but no doubt some will benefit from this. One criticism, it does lack in the number of bread recipes provided. But hen again, the ethos is 'go and make it up for yourselves. An excellent and inspiring book. I never made bread before I bought this book. I now make it every Sunday, slice it and freeze it for the week. I love to eat my bread dry with nothing else - I couldn't do that with commercial bread. Judge this book for yourselves, 'the proof of the pudding is in the eating'and I love it. I would not be where I am (bread-wise) without the inspiration from this book. My best book buy EVER.
