It is information.....but, not everything is acurate!,
This review is from: Faroe Islands (Bradt Travel Guides) (Paperback)
Ok, this is a pretty thin book for a Bradt guide. I'll give them a bit of room due to the small size of the country but, there are issues.
The author of this book gives useful information but, there is much left out. There are places missed, wonderful places. Given the market that will buy this book and visit this country, these places missed are inexcuseable. There is also incorrect information concerning the bus to get to the Foroyar History Museum. You take the 1 or the 2.
I just returned from a week in The Faroes. I went to 7 of the islands. I found more that could have been shared, about most every place I visited.
I know there aren't many resource books to choose from and this one was valuable but, flawed.
