This review is from: Everneath (Paperback)What is it about?
Six months ago Nikki Beckett vanished into an underworld known as the 'Everneath'.
now she's returned to her old life for another six months before the Everneath comes to claim her... this time forever. Nikki longs to spend this precious time reconnecting with the people she left behind - her family, her friends and, most importantly, her boyfriend - Jack, the only person she loves more than anything.
But there's just one problem: Cole, the smouldering immortal who enticed her to the Everneath, has followed Nikki home, convinced that she is the key to claiming the throne of the Underworld. Cole wants to bring Nikki back to the Everneath, but this time as his queen. Now Nikki only has six months for goodbyes she can't find the words for, 6 months to make the hardest decision of her life and, 6 months to find the redemption - if it exists...
Really great book. The charecters were well developed, as well as the settings and other many things in this book. There were Many breathtaking romantic scenes that made ma want to read more and more, and also there were a few funny and a lot of sad moments that made the book even better.
So why the hell have i given Everneath 4 stars? Well, i honestly don't know. Maybe it's because there weren't MANY exiting and hooking scenes, or partly because i think it's not my type of the books i useally read. i have no idea. one thing i know for sure that it is not my type of a book at all, but that doesn't mean that this book is bad. it's actrully amazing, just not my tast i gues.
But here's the best thing about this book.
It's a Timeless love story with unique mythology that captivates the imagination. Fascinating beggining and ending. Amazing book.
