Kindle Edition too expensive.,
This review is from: How Hard Can It Be?: The World According to Clarkson Volume 4 (Kindle Edition)
At the time of writing the Kindle Edition is more than double the price of the paperback and more than three times the cheapest new price for the hardcover. So let's see:
No printing costs.
No packing costs.
No distribution costs.
Can't be copied.
Can't be lent.
Can't be re-sold used.
And yet mysteriously over-priced... someone is having their cake and eating it... and having bonus cake.

Yes, it looks as though the Kindle is in the same category as those coffee makers where you have to buy the little pods for ever, and you can't use any others. You can't shop around I guess, and Amazon can therefore charge you whatever to make material available. Or am I missing something?
