Excellent book that gets down to the nuts and bolts of how computers work. The author explains the basics and builds from there. For anyone wanting an introduction to computing and IT this is an excellent place to start.
My reason for giving one star is the appalling page formatting on the Kindle version. The whole book is justified flush left & ragged right, which in my case completely mars the reading experience. If this was the paper version this kind of sloppiness would not be acceptable, so why is it allowed in the ebook version ? Amazon should take a close look at Apple's iBooks, in my experience their page formatting is far better than anything I've seen on Kindle.
