Funny even for an adult,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: I Really Want to Eat a Child (Paperback)
I saw the book in a shopwindow and it looked funny there and then so I decided to get it even though there are no children in the household or on the horizon.
The primary purpose of the book is to deal with eating difficulties, which I imagine all children experience at some point (I know I certainly did) - and the story of a baby crocodile foregoing the regular bananas in search of some 'child meat' is used to bring home the point.
I really enjoyed the humour of the book and the reasonably well done drawings, which allow even an adult 10 minutes worth of entertainment, although whether they help with the more adult versions of eating disorders I cannot tell ;)
