Every recipe is very well explained, and the photos are beautifully produced. Anyone with a basic cooking know how can produce the recipes from this book. For instance, the rough puff pastry is light, tasty and easy to make. It is an amazing book to have, and you don't need any other as you will be inspired to try every desert shown here, replacing whenever needed for seasonal fruits. It is a book for everyone that dream of those beautiful cafés in France, and those pastries that looks too good to eat. This book will teach you that, all that it is at the touch of your finger tips (literally!).
