The Righteous Mind,
This review is from: The Righteous Mind: Why Good People are Divided by Politics and Religion (Hardcover)
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)Having read the other reviews on The Righteous Mind, I see no need to delve into detailed analysis - much of what I have to say has already been said, at length. I will say that I found The Righteous Mind to be a very interesting book. It is easy to read relating the development, and the author's personal exploration, of moral psychology. What could be dry, abstract or complex ideas are laid out in manageable chunks, in an almost conversational style. Moral psychology is fascinating and Jonathan Haidt delivers challenging, intellectual concepts with frequent good humour. Not only is it relevant and thought provoking, it is also well researched and meticulously referenced.
