A book for vegetarian masochists .,
This review is from: Gillian McKeith's Boot Camp Diet: Fourteen Days to a New You! (Paperback)Money for old rope,if you want to live on soup,nettle tea and various obscure vegetables go for it.
I was hoping to find help with weight loss through a healthy diet and eating plan.
I realise this is a 14 day detox plan but it is far too advanced for most people.

I really understand where you are coming from but, i have been using Dr. Gillian McKeith's Ultimate Health Plan: The Diet Programme That Will Keep You Slim for Life book, it lays it all out for you day by day for 30 days including snacks etc. It is hard and does look scary but i have been doing it for just over 5 weeks lost 2 stone and still loosing it. I do regular exercise with it and the results are so visable. I would recomend it to everyone wanting to loose weight. I have tried every diet going and this is the only one which works for me. good luck
