Very good book/ designed especially for teachers, but useful for parents.,
This review is from: A Volcano in My Tummy: Helping Children to Handle Anger: A Resource Book for Parents, Caregivers and Teachers (Paperback)
The book is very good differentiating between anger ( which the child is feeling) and behaviour (how they react when they are angry). It shows children how they can react "dirty" anger versus "clean" anger.
It has some good ideas and my six year old is at least listening and doing the exercises.
Only slight quibble is that although parents can find it useful and adapt it, it is written more for teachers or persons in charge of a group or session
