Poor Quality and Opaque,
This review is from: DC AND AC CIRCUITS. (Paperback)
I had Dr Lancaster for some courses in Electronic Engineering in 1990-1992. His book was a required text for the course, to the extent that you were required to purchase it from him or provide a receipt from the campus book shop to show that you had bought it new. Many students joked that he would make it a required text for any course he taught as it was the only way he could get any sales.
I don't recall him ever referencing it directly in his lectures or the related tutorials or practicals and when I tried to use it I recall that I found it quite poor in quality and rather opaque and obtuse.

Keith Robinson says:
A fellow student recommended trying to borrow the author's copy if at all possible because it had written corrections for the many errors.
I do not know if there were any later editions with corrections. Perhaps not enough demand for the book?
If so, one might ask the author for his corrections.
