This review is from: The Tomorrow People - The Complete Series [DVD] (DVD)
If you're a fan of "Emmerdale", you'll no doubt know the names of Pauline Quirke (Hazel) and Chris Chittel (Eric Pollard) Well, you'll see both of these in the early episodes of "Tomorrow People". Pauline - pre YMBJ - days is about 11~13 and Chris in his mid twenties. Watch closely in "The Blue & The Green" classroom scenes, and you'll notice the rest of the YMBJ clan including Ray Burdis and John Blundell.

For those who don't know, "YMBJ" is "You Must Be Joking". As Mike Holloway "sang"

"....if you feet are achin', and smokin',
then pull up a chair,
then the show's on the air.
You Must Be Joking"

a series followed by "You Can't Be Serious"

Some of the effects in the TTP these days make you say, "Oh dear! Did they get away with that" but of course, they didn't have the computer technology then. It's a trip down Memory Lane for us 50+ veterans. One aside on the DVD fact file that did make me chuckle is that apparently, Peter Vaughn Clarke was known as PVC to his friends.

Oh, I wonder where they are now. John would be in his late 50's I think, and even the Flintlock clan would be in their late 40's now!! What ever happened to the great drummer, (but hammy actor) Mike Holloway?

I've just bought this set and although it is advertised as having 16 discs mine has only 15. Is there a sixteenth and if so what is on it?
