The best kung fu instruction manual available. contentious though this may seem,this book will teach you as much about kung fu as any book can and still be real. The Saolin workout is a step by step beginners course in the fundamentals of body mechanics and balance necessary to all martial arts. There are some disillusioned reiwers out there who expected more.Shi yan ming was expected to part with inner secrets for your hard earned.HE HAS.They just arent getting it.
