4.0 out of 5 stars Good printer overall, 31 Aug. 2010
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Canon PIXMA iP2702 Colour Printer (4800x1200dpi resolution, Borderless Printing) (Electronics)
Now it's so difficult to have a printer that only prints as all of them out there are sold as "combo" with lots of other functions.
This printer is so amazing ! It's quick and silent. I haven't given the maximum score because the ink is not that cheap (although not the most expensive ones) and there is one thing that it lacks: no tray when the printed paper comes out. So if your printer is on a shelf, all printed papers will invariably fall down. Imagine if you are printing loads...

vicky.
I had the same problem with my epson printer with the paper falling on the floor. but to combat this I had apiece
of hardboard to fit on the shelf. The same width as the printer but longer to catch the print.
I other words if your printer is ten inches in depth then your prints twelve inches.Which is the length of an A4
PRINT. Your peice of board would be 22inches. And the same width as the printer. OK.
I hope this is some help.If you havent done this already.

Interesting you should mention 'printer that only prints' as I am having the same problem, all I want is a good quality printer that is not weighed down by scanners and fax machines!! add to that a requirement for wireless operation and the search seems to be impossible, I am sure one is out there somewhere, but it is well and truly hidden by the combos.
