I held off writing a review on this to let time tell. There was excellent customer service and customer feedback for a product that met the requirements. After about a year and a half it has now given up the ghost after a large bang from the adapter, I am now back to the original Dell adapter that has inherited a plug from the Anker. It's a good alternative but not as good as the originally supplied product in my opinion.
I have decided to update my initial review to reflect the continued exceptional customer service from Anker. I have now received a full refund (offered by Anker) for the failed adapter with the option to have a replacement. Knowing that Anker pride themselves in the quality of their products and have refunded my money for a failed unit, I will definitely be trying another should I need one.
