I got this and was initially impressed. I got it ready and then the aerial fell off (all by itself) the volume did not work, neither did the remote control. It was stuck on full volume..which would have been ok as was no distortion but unable to adjust.
I e-mailed seller thinking they would allow me to return and replace or refund saying I was quite impressed with how neat it looked and how it would be ideal if it was not for these faults. They e-mailed me back thanking me for my positive review HUH! So, I e-mailed back saying they misunderstood and gave them list of problems. Never heard anything more. No replacement or refund offered.I allowed them a few weeks to sort this out e-mailing again back but now I feel I need to let all others know. Rip off. Now I am stuck with a useless little box. I AM NOT IMPRESSED!
Just don't bother with this. You will not get a any customer service.

Sorry to hear that Kate, Amazon also informed but did not ask the company to take action. Such a shame, I wish these complaints were actioned/monitored by Amazon. I have never heard back from them so lost the money. I am surprised the item is still advertised
