This is quite simply the most beautifully written book I have come across. If you only did one recipe from this book it would be a bargain at the price. I cannot conceive the work that must have gone into compiling,editing and printing. It is quite simply a love affair with Thai food...well done.. An absolute gem. Just leave it on a coffee table and you will always have it to hand and find something new...believe me Thai Food!
