Awesome, but far too short.,

Whilst this is one of my favourite games, it's all to easy to spot it's flaws. It's way too short! The whole main storyline feels rushed, and you barely need to complete any side quests to complete it. I tried to wander around and buy a house, but I just wasn't feeling it the first time around. So I managed to finish the whole main story in just over nine hours - a single sitting for a dedicated gamer.
BUT saying that the storyline is amazing! The idea of a revolution in Albion is just the thing I was hoping for! The combat is quicker and more seamless, and the special moves look awesome. If you do bother to do the side quests, you'll find the majority of them engaging, creative and in some cases, hilarious!
*SPOILERS* The only thing that really, really really irritated me about this game, was the battle for albion. You feel like you've done all this hard work (albeit only about 7 hours worth at this point) to build up an army and gain allies, but the final battle takes about 7 minutes. And when you rush into the castle with Sir Walter to confront Logan, does he threaten to kill you? Does he set some incredible boss against you to make the battle feel worth it? Does he challenge you to hand-to-hand combat for the country? Nope. After all that, he just gives up and hands the kingdom over to you. So the villain isn't really a villain in the end after all. Excuse me, but what the heck is that?! If it wasn't for the final battle with the darkness, this game would have been an incredible dissapointment.
Saying that, I did find myself playing this four times over. It's addictive. Not as good as Fable 2, but still worth a play if you're willing to take a gamble.
