This review is from: Steve Biddulph's Raising Girls (Paperback)
I had looked through this book in a book shop and thought it would be more in-depth and detailed. It's a bit too pop-psychology for me and the arrangement of the chapters seemed a bit haphazard.
That said, there were some relevant parts including the early childhood development and the way families use technology at home and how to keep girls safe online (a hot topic at the moment). I also felt the section on helping girls develop their awareness of their gut feelings about potentially dangerous people very interesting. As a survivor of a violent attack, this was really important to me.
