Total core Ab excerciser,

Was initially disappointed with this thing. Loved the idea of no back pain as that always stops me doing sit ups but even at the highest setting, it seemed way too easy. Then I started to try and do crunches as I would without the machine and it started to make much more sense. That's the thing though - if you rely wholly on the machine you can do hundreds of crunches which don't have any effect at all. If you just use the machine as a back rest and tense your stomach muscles, it works much better. I'd still like to feel it a bit more but overall, it feels like you've worked out and it doesn't hurt my back. Would like it to have a much stronger resistance setting though, then I could concentrate more on the telly and less on tensing my gut!
