What a con !,
This review is from: Doctor Who Tardis Projection Alarm Clock (Kitchen & Home)
I order this on 26th Nov for just under £26, promised delivery by 24th dec -fantastic . 3weeks later I receive an email to say they are unable to get the stock and have cancelled my order. The VERY next day they have them back in stock for £39.99! And now they are priced at £50!!! There must be something that states if I enter into a contract with the supplier, purchase by my credit card, that I am entitled to that price , this cannot happen? But it did.
I am sure there will be a get out clause for the supplier,Zeon. Disgusted !

I've just bought one for £20 and don't even think it's worth that - really cheap quality and I'm sending it back.

CRAIG MCEWAN says:
You entered into a contract. The supplier couldn't get it in stock. They didn't charge your card. They cancelled the order - as they are entitled to. Thus the contract was also cancelled. Whether or not the item comes back in stock, and is listed at a higher price (it's called "supply and demand" and making a profit) is neither here nor there, as you had no contract with them when they did so.
But hey, I suppose it's worth giving a one star rating for, rather than actually reviewing and rating the product itself.
