Saved my sanity and my sleep,

As a lifelong insomniac, I have recently also been fighting an uphill battle with severe anxiety and panic attacks. There was literally nothing I could do to stop the overwhelming feelings of panic and fear and constant thoughts that I would soon die for no reason at all. These attacks eventually landed me in the ER because the fear was literally affecting my heart; irregular heartbeats and skipped beats. On the way to the hospital in a desperate attempt to help myself I stumbled (thankfully) upon these guided meditation tracks. They got me (barely) to the hospital despite having the worst attack of my life. After 6 hours in the ER, anxiety meds, and many weeks of medical and psych evaluations, I can safely say there is one tool that I have used during panic attacks, while angry, sad or stressed, and ESPECIALLY when trying to sleep... these tracks. They saved me, and I mean that will everything. I have never fallen asleep so quickly or eased my racing thoughts so easily.
