Good food for thought,

I enjoyed this little book, its a well organised, upbeat and entertaining read on the major relationship areas.
Having said that, relationships are complex and the more they need fixing the more complex they usually are. Having read this book doesn't mean that all your problems are solved. It gives you areas to consider - eg. "is your friend toxic?", "does your mother treat you as an adult?" - sometimes all it takes is for someone to ask the question for you to realise the source of your dissatisfaction.
But deciding what the appropriate response is and doing something about it is much harder. I liked this book, but it seems to me that if you really do have relationship issues, this gives you a list of areas to consider, but you'd need a therapist or a really good friend to work through them with you.
