This book provides me with a simple structure around which I can do a focus workout with dumbells in a small space at home. Sometimes, I do not want to go to the gym or a class or put on a fitness DVD. I know lots of different exercise but will spend so much time debating what to do, that I waste the time that I had put aside to work out.
The structure of the workout is based on working different body parts on different days of the week. I havebeen using the book for 3 weeks to complement my exercise programme and I am feeling the benefits already. Even if you are busy, you can find 12 minutes to work out and this programme enables you to do so effectively and safely.
