This review is from: Managing successful programmes (Office of Government Commerce) (Paperback)
Compared to the fine Prince 2 manual this is a tough one to read. Plenty of graphs, tables, bulleted lists and flow diagrams make this a bit hard to swallow. The method in itself is promising and contains lots of good elements. The manual diffuses this as it lacks a proper structure and is a bit incoherent from an educational point of view. The method would benefit (no pun intended) from a different presentation based on a walkthrough of the transformational flow in the core.
