So far, so good...,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: JUSTOP EZCast / Miracast Screen Mirroring Dongle Network Streaming Sharing Client Adapter , Full HD Media From Tablet / Mobile Phone To Your TV , Support EZ Cast MiraCast DLNA uPnP and Airplay (Electronics)
I've only owned it a few hours but easily got it running on my Xperia Z and Acer Aspire One netbook. First thing I did was update the software and so far no real noticeable issues. Miracast works with the Z and the EZCast dongle/software recognises all the pictures/music/videos/documents on my phone.
Screen mirroring with Miracast is a bit laggy, so some games might not be playable. But watching a video on YouTube or browsing the Web was more than acceptable with some minor visual glitches here and there.
One thing to note: the instructions indicate the dongle needs 1A charging power, however my television's USB only provides .5A power. It still powered up but wasn't performing properly. I had to find a 1A wall charging unit for the USB dongle. Just a heads up....
The desktop mirroring/extension works properly as well. Highly recommended piece of gear for £30!

Hi, I was just wondering if you were streaming video from your netbook via EZCast (i.e. not Miracast or WiDi) and what it's like lag-wise if so please?
