This review is from: Doctor Who: Serpent Crest: The Broken Crown: Pt. 2 (Audio CD)The second installment in this years Tom Baker series is a rather forgettable tale, it maintains some good links to the previous adventure but the running theme here isn't espiecially interesting and it just feels like stuff we've heard or seen a hundred times before: isolated little rural village, suspicious locals, some sinister goings on, alien monsters etc. Tom Baker is far from his best here, getting little good material and not really making his presence felt. Sadly he is starting to sound less and less like he did on TV and just appears to be going through the motions here. His voice actually sounds quite old at times and it's hard to reconcile this with the Doctor's stong commanding voice from the TV series. The performances are good as is the music and sound effects - all these adventures are very well produced but the material just isn't that great. I find I am beginning to lose interest in these new BBC audios and I just hope that the forthcoming Big Finish series that Tom has done is an improvement and will better capture the feel of the old tv series, although I don't suppose much can be done about making Tom 30 years younger, but just give him some decent material to engage him and he can still sound surprisingly charged. Here's hoping...

For some reason Amazon have posted my review of part 2 for parts 3, 4 and 5 as well! Hopefully parts 3, 4 and 5 will be better than part 2 (time will tell..)

Since this isn't a very positive review, and it's a bit vague, why don't you get Amazon to take this off Aladdin Time and the other discs? It could be misleading for other buyers.
I know these things are sometimes fiddly, but maybe you could just delete it yourself and then upload your review, edited to specifically refer to the title (and plot elements, characters, cast...)? I'm sure it wouldn't take five minutes.

Doesnt work that way. If the amazon system has linked products then reposting will simply have the same effect as before. However I just emailed them about it since the same thing happened to my review and here is a copy of what they said:
I'm sorry that your review was showing up on different products.
Different editions, bindings, formats or colour variations of a product are often linked in our system so customers can easily find the version they're looking for. In such cases, the same reviews appear on the product detail pages for all versions.
Our intention is to provide all the relevant review information we possibly can, regardless of the edition.
Sometimes the system links together products that it thinks are the same, but they are not. I have de-linked these products and your review should appear on Doctor Who: Serpent Crest: The Broken Crown: Pt. 2 (Dr Who Audio) shortly.
If problems persist please feel free to contact us again.
Since all the duplicate reviews, not just mine, have vanished from parts three four and five, it would appear to be problem solved.

That's great! As I said in my original message, when I talked about reloading I meant adding some little detail to clarify which release you're talking about (the title, specifics of plot etc) but this seems to have solved the problem much quicker. Thanks.
