Good for high quality DIY, easy understanding with low theoretical level,
This review is from: Competition Car Composites: A Practical Handbook (Hardcover)
It's a good book for introducing on composites, specially if you want to DIY. It's focused on fabrication of composites, not in the designing area. If you want to learn how to design a monocoque or even other simple pieces it's not your book but if you want to make your own pieces or introducing in composites manufacturing It would be a good reading. The first chapter has a good approximation to theoretical aspects of monocoques but without a higher level, also is easy to read and understand, even if you haven't a engineering background.
