another excellent book,

purcahsed this with his other book Dough and watched the included DVD which has other techniques for baking breads, ive tried a couple of recipies and they was wonderful, the Flamiche recipies was easy to follow and my one with out the optional grated cheese, it came out with a deep bread base, deeper then the book, everyone loved the taste, i will be making this again just like a pizza with out the cheese.
deffinately recomend this book.
