Serial code problem,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Adobe Photoshop Extended CS6, Student and Teacher Version (PC) (DVD-ROM)
Photoshop is a brilliant product and i would recommend it and amazon was also brilliant and delivering it.
WARNING: I have given it two stars as i wanted to warn other people that adobe was incredibly unhelpful at giving me the serial number, which is essential to activate the product. I submitted my 'student and teacher form' as soon as I recieved the product. They said i would get and email within 3 days. I waited for four days and heard nothing so contacted them on 'chat'. They opened a support case that would get back to me within 24 hours. I heard nothing for about a week so I got in contact with them again. I was promised to recieve the serial code within the next 24 hours. Again I had no contact from them. Tonight, nearly 2 weeks since I recieved the product, I contacted them yet again and only after a long conversation and the proof that no help had been given to me did i get the serial number given to me.
I might have just been unlucky but i feel asthough if i hadn't nagged them they would have never given me my serial number and I was not taken very seriously.
Hope this helps.

I have found Adobe's customer service to be very poor. I ended up writing to the President / CEO of the Company to get resolution! So, be warned!

So do you get a reply from CEO? If so perhaps this is a way to resolve the issue.

Mr. P. J. L. Collins says:
Nagging usually has to be done nowadays. Most people need that... an unfortunate sign of the times.
